Health care workers are undoubtedly the backbone of a country, as they fiercely accept the dangers of unknown diseases and work towards saving lives of hundreds! Welcome to International Nursing College (INC), one of the pioneers in providing world-class nursing, midwifery and other allied health professional education in the diploma, graduate, and post-graduate levels in Bangladesh. INC was established in 2007 by International Medicare Limited (IML). Along with my fellow Board of Directors (BOD) of IML, we are always seeking the best possible ways to run the organization for serving the nation and mankind.

I am truly honored to serve as the Chairperson of the IML Board of Directors. I take the challenge to lead the IML Board of Directors during a remarkable time of the organization with boundless enthusiasm and optimism. We are tackling the challenges of running the organization in this pandemic situation with a fearless attitude. It is still facing newer and newer challenges day by day. I strongly believe that everything is possible as we strive to serve our students, our patients, our global community, and Bangladesh with mutual understanding, transparency, cooperation, and ongoing dialogue.

The job of a nurse is especially incredibly tough during this era of pandemics. Their otherworldly dedication calls for such respect and appreciation throughout the community. It is time we acknowledge the heroes of our community and extends our note of gratitude to them through thank you messages for nurses, midwifes paramedics and technologists. Thank you for being a true fighter! The world is happier and healthier because of you! I believe IML and its supported organizations like IMC. IMCH, INC, IHT, etc. are different from other healthcare organizations in numerous ways. We established the institutes with the vision of a healthcare platform that has the spirit of inclusiveness contributing to national and international development. They reflect our vision to become a 'Centre of Excellence' producing leading healthcare professionals in medical technology and nursing services, and as a whole, scientific innovation and state-of-the-art management.

Behind the establishment of all IML supported organizations, including INC, one of the main goals of founders and management was to build an academic environment for healthcare that can compete with any top-ranked educational institution in the world. And we believe that this goal can be achieved by applying theoretical knowledge into practical field that embraces the concept of 'career-focused integrated learning', the idea of equipping students with the required knowledge for solving real-life problems.

Students need to have a learning experience that is motivating, dynamic, and worthwhile for their lifelong achievement.
