International Nursing College (INC), established by International Medicare Ltd. (IML) in 2007, is one of the pioneers in providing world-class Nursing Education at all levels in our country. Its vision is to cater to the country's need for providing world -acclaimed nurses. As part of our commitment to the Nursing Education sector, we have started the post-graduate M. Sc in Nursing program at INC under Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) this year. This has opened enormous opportunities for graduate Nurses to enlighten their prospects.

In today's world, there is a severe shortage of skilled nurses both at home and abroad, we at INC fully committed to fill-up this vacuum by producing highly qualified nurses of benchmark quality. At the time of establishing this nursing college, our motivation was to produce highly skilled nursing professionals to cater to the needs of the health sector of the country. For achieving this, we know that we should not compromise with the quality of nursing education. Because we believe that without proper nursing education, we will not be able to produce skilled and efficient health professionals in Bangladesh. So we aim at providing a sound nursing education that will undoubtedly facilitate a solid foundation of the healthcare system in our country.

We are constantly working on the development of infrastructure and facilities of the college relentlessly. We provide the students with a resourceful library and modern laboratory facilities, spacious classrooms, sports ground, gymnasium, and so on. Most importantly, we have a team of highly qualified and dedicated faculty members from all over the country.

Our aim remains to turn INC into a Center of Excellence in the field of nursing science with the help of foreign collaboration. The Memorandum of Understanding with Kean University (KU), a state-owned university of New Jersey, USA, is evidence of that. English as a Second Language Certificate Program (ESL Curse) is conducted under this MOU. By this, a golden opportunity has been opened for our nurses as now they can get themselves prepared for English. As enhancing English language proficiency is a must for all professionals to survive in this global job market, this ESL course helps our students prepare for the job market.

It is my expectation that within our ever-increasing immense facilities for pursuing international standard education, our students will be able to prepare themselves as competent and dedicated nurses, which ultimately shall ensure good jobs with smart salaries at home and abroad.
